Please use the calender for availability and to submit a booking request if required, (only vans that are available will appear for the period that you require) the Calender will work out Total price, and the 20% deposit required to confirm booking, (total price includes GST and Comp insurance)
Only vans that are available for hire will show. If a van is already booked it will not appear on the list of vans available.
TIP During Peak periods all you may have to do is change your pickup (arrival date) or number of nights to make a van become available.
HOW THE BOOKING CALENDER WORKS
- Please select the date that you plan to pick up the van (arrival Date), the number of nights that you require, the Number of people who will use the van (this make no difference to price but will limit the availability, as an example, if you request to sleep 4, the Compac van will be unavailable as only sleeps 2.
- Hit the Next button and the type of vans that are available will be shown with Per Day Rate. Optional Extra camping equipment/tow mirrors can also be booked here. Select the van that you require and then complete and submit the contact form and it will show you the Total Priceand Deposit required to confirm booking.
To confirm the booking the Deposit must be paid within 30 min through PayPal.
( credit cards also excepted through PayPal) otherwise the booking will fail. - On payment of the deposit you will receive a confirmation of the Booking, the balance can be paid at pickup or before.
- Please note that the calender will not accept bookings for less than 3 nights on all vans and trailers during non peak season, 7 nights for all vans during school holidays.
