Terms and Conditions

Permissible roads to travel on    (unless other prior permission granted)

Coromal Pioneer Silhouette Camper Van - Only Bitumen roads, no gravel roads apart for access to caravan parks, national parks, etc, maximum distance allowed on gravel roads for access is 20 Klm

Coromal 391 Silhouette Camper van - Only Bitumen roads, no gravel roads apart for access to caravan parks, etc, maximum distance allowed on gravel roads for access is 2 klm

Coromal Compac Pop Top van - Only bitumen roads, no gravel roads apart for access to caravan parks, etc. maximum distance allowed  on gravel roads for access is 2 klm.

Downunder H/Duty Off  Road Tent Trailer - Limited gravel road use allowed, must not be badly corrugated, strictly not Canning Stock Route, Gunbarrel Highway or similar unmaintaned desert Tracks.

These Condition to be strictly adhered to otherwise the $500 bond may be forfeited (unless prior permission granted to travel on certain roads)

Booking deposit

Easy Tow Camper Hire will temporarily book over the phone or inter net and hold that booking for a period of 48hrs or as agreed. To confirm booking a deposit must be paid within the 48hrs or time agreed and Easy Tow camper hire will provide the customer (hirer) with a receipt by inter net or mail as soon as possible. The value of the deposit paid by the customer will be $400 for long term hire (two weeks or more), or for short term hire (less than two weeks) $200 or 1/2 of the total value of the hire.(the lessor amount)

Refund of Deposit

No refund of deposit if less than two weeks notice of cancellation of Hire. 50% refund of deposit returned if more than two weeks notice of cancellation given. Full refund returned to customer (hirer) if hirer advises Easy Tow Camper hire of cancellation of hire within 7 days of booking.

Security Bond

The Hirer must supply a valid credit card details, so the value of $500 can be deducted if required under the terms of theis agreement. If a valid card details can not be provided $500 cash must be provided on collection of the camper. The security bond will be used to cover any damage by an accident ( the $500 will be payable to cover the insurance excess) Easy Tow Camper Hire will not be held liable for any damage to other vehicles, persons, or property, (use your own tow vehicles insurance or third party insurance). If only minor damage has accrued, the amount payable by the hirer to Easy Tow Camper Hire is a reasonable cost to repair the damage.
In the case of missing equipment the value of the missing equipment will be payable to Easy Tow Camper Hire.

Final Payment & Proof of Identity

The full amount for the hire period must be paid prior to the camper being picked up ( the balance can be paid on Pickup) Easy Tow camper hire will except Bank cheque, Local cheque (only by prior arrangement), Cash, Visa or Master Card (Not American Express or Diners Card) or best of all EFT (electronic transfer), ask Easy Tow Camper Hire for bank details.
The Hirer must provide proof of ID, i.e Drivers License with photo and full address and have a current full car License (No P Plates) and be over 20 yrs old.

Late Returns

All campers are booked on a 24hr basis, if returned late the hirer will be charged a daily rate. If the late return causes the cancellation of another booking the hirer may be charged a $400 penalty

Pick up & Delivery

Pickup and returns must be done on the following days, Saturdays, Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays ,Pickups between the hours 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Returns no later than 2pm please. 
Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Public holidays only by prior arrangement.
Fees for delivery or returns by Easy Tow Camper Hire will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour which includes full round trip travel time.

Cleaning

Before all hires our equipment is cleaned and maintained to our schedule, with full gas bottles and full main water tanks. If on return of the camper the interior of the camper has not been cleaned a $50 cleaning fee may be charged using security bond.
Marks on the canvas are to be cleaned with cloth and water only. (strictly no cleaning chemicals to be used as they damage the waterproof qualities of the canvas)
The gas and water is provided free of charge by Easy Tow Camper Hire. (any refills while on hire are the responsibility and cost of the hirer)

No Smoking

Strictly No smoking in the confines of the Campers/Caravans or canvas areas attached to the Camper trailers.

Due to our commitment of improvement, prices are subject to change  without notice.
